GENERAL INFORMATION
The theme of this two day symposium is: "Challenges of a Global IP Practice". It will address the key issues of specification preparation, claim drafting, and patent enforcement in key jurisdictions, with emphasis on China, Europe and the United States. Experts from those jurisdictions will compare and contrast the latest development. First hand information from Chinese practitioners and officials on the upcoming Chinese Patent Law Reform and judicial and administrative enforcement in China will be of particular interest to foreign practitioners.
As is customary with FICPI events, a lively social programme interwoven with the working programme will give Delegates and Accompanying Persons alike an opportunity to see some of the local treasures and provide plenty of opportunity to exchange ideas and make new friends.
