FICPI, AIPLA and AIPPI will hold the SPLH Colloquium on the important issues on substantive patent law harmonisation as has been discussed among the Group B+ countries and organisations.
The purpose of this Colloquium is to move the harmonisation efforts further and deepen the understanding of issues with the participation of practitioners and IP system users with government officials.
