FICPI WORLD CONGRESS
Paris

22-26 May 2006

Presentations
  • We have pleasure in making available the majority of the interesting Congress presentations in electronic form.

  • The overarching theme of the FICPI World Congress was the quest for balance within all areas of Intellectual Property.
Such balance is essential if Intellectual Property is to play its vital role as a driving force of the economy. The new rules of the international economic game primarily serve the interests of the most highly industrialised countries and the great multinational companies. By making some adjustments, Intellectual Property can contribute to restoring a balance.

A short summary of each session is provided in the Paris Congress Working Programme

  • Please note, all presentations are in the Acrobat PDF format.
