The Forum will conclude with a Plenary Session on "Effective enforcement of IP in the future".

Panel: The invited panelists have been drawn from experts in the field of IP enforcement including those involved in the Court process, those considering the development of a European litigation regime and those promoting the use of the dispute resolution process (Mr Francis Gurry from the WIPO Arbitration Centre). The Composition of the panel will be confirmed upon acceptance of the invitations.
