Portugal: FICPI member to become Minister Gonçalo Sampaio, Secretary General of ACPI (Portuguese National Association of FICPI) writes: "We are extremely gratified to report that our immediate past president and colleague, José Luis Arnaut, was elected to the Portuguese government on 17th March 2002.
